refund & cancellation policy - Captolia Online LLC

In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Captolia Online LLC. We ask the Client to be committed and honorable, and we commit to offering grace when needed. 

Coaching: 

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that life, and the unexpected happens.

In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations: 

For single sessions: The Client may cancel an order or booking request within 48 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued. To cancel your coaching session, send your request to support@thedigitalwitch.com

  • Once Captolia Online LLC has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session.

  • We require 24 hours notice to reschedule your calls.

  • Any no-show sessions will be forfeited without opportunity for refund 

For long-term coaching:

  • Payment plans: If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions or committing to their coaching package, then the Client may request cancellation of future payments. The client forefits any payments already made.

  • Pay in full: If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions or committing to their coaching package, then the Client has 30 days from the date of first payment to request cancellation and/or a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a transaction fee.

  • Refunds will not be offered for any coaching services rendered.

  • Refunds will not be offered for any discounted or promotional coaching package with it’s own, separate refund policy that would have been otherwise communicated to the Client.

the coven membership:

In general these guidelines apply for membership refunds and cancellations: 

  • The Client’s membership in the Coven is on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at anytime.

  • If a cancellation is requested, Client will have access right up to the end of their monthly membership period, and will not be charged again the following month.

  • Members are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Client must notify Captolia Online LLC the same day to request your refund. After the 1-day grace period you will no longer be eligible and may not be able to receive a refund.

  • We encourage the Client to look into the membership suite within the first day of their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

  • Please note: Refunds will not be approved for new members if program progress exceeds 10%. Refunds will also not be approved for continuing members if they attended any of the billable month’s calls or consumed any of that month’s programming.

  • YEARLY MEMBERSHIPS: Members who have paid in full for their membership may request refund within 10 days of purchasing, for the amount pertaining to the remaining months. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a transaction fee.

  • Please note: Refunds will not be approved if program progress exceeds 25%.

  • If for any reason at any time beyond the 10 day grace period, the Client decides that participation the Coven with Captolia Online LLC isn't what they need, they may of course cancel at any time. However, the Client will forfeit any payments already made.

  • To request a refund of your coven membership payment, send your request to support@thedigitalwitch.com

Courses:

Live Courses:

Refunds: available on a case by case basis within 5 days of purchase.

  • Canceling payment plans. Payment plans are not subscriptions, they are installment plans for a total amount owed. By enrolling in this program, Client is agreeing to pay the full amount of the total investment.

    • *However* we understand that this program and community may not be for everyone, if after the FIRST module is released you know for sure this program is not for you, you may request to cancel future payments within 48 hours and we will release you from any further obligations.

    • However, the Client will forfeit any payments already made. Payment plan cancellation requests made after this may not be honored.

    • If after signing up - sudden, unexpected life events emerge and keep you from being able to safely manage these payments - please reach out to support@thedigitalwitch.com to discuss pausing, extending or creating alternative arrangements for future payments.

      Pre-recorded Courses: (LAUNCH POTION):

  • Client’s are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. Clients will not be eligible for a refund if their program progress exceeds 10%. Refund requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Canceling payment plans. Payment plans are not subscriptions, they are installment plans for a total amount owed. By enrolling in this program, Client is agreeing to pay the full amount of the total investment.

  • *However* If after signing up - sudden, unexpected life events emerge and keep you from being able to safely manage these payments - please reach out to support@thedigitalwitch.com to discuss pausing, extending, or creating alternative arrangements for future payments.

Masterminds:

Your purchase of a mastermind position indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that life, and the unexpected happens.

  • Clients may request refunds within within 10 calendar days of purchasing. Refund requests made after 10 days may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If for any reason at any time beyond the 10 day grace period, the Client decides that membership in a group mastermind or with Captolia Online LLC isn't what you need, you may of course cancel at any time and we will release you from any further obligations. However, the Client will forfeit any payments already made.

retreats:

Your purchase of a retreat position indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that life, and the unexpected happens.

  • Clients may request refunds within within 10 calendar days of purchasing. Refund requests made after 10 days may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If for any reason at any time beyond the 10 day grace period, the Client decides that participation in a group retreat with Captolia Online LLC isn't what they need, they may of course cancel at any time and we will release them of further obligations. However, the Client will forfeit any payments already made.

ALL PROGRAMS:

  • We are dedicated to creating safer spaces and want to ensure that our clients feel comfortable engaging within our community. If you have experienced racist, transphobic, homophobic, ablest, or otherwise oppressive harm or violence in a Captolia Online LLC program - please reach out to support@thedigitalwitch.com within 10 days of the incident to discuss a refund and/or cancellation of future payments.

  • Failure to comply with Captolia Online LLC’s Safer Spaces policy may result in removal from the program or community without refund.

As a reminder, all refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Captolia Online LLC.
